The Alpha Xi Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha, Fraternity Inc. presents the return of the Miss Black and Gold Scholarship Pageant at the University of Washington. The contestants will be competing for the title of Miss Black and Gold for the Alpha Xi Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. The pageant's contestants will be distinguished women students of the University of Washington.
